We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to support our ongoing and upcoming Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in process simulation, piping network analysis, and thermal system design using industry-standard tools.
✔ Perform steady-state and dynamic process simulations using Aspen HYSYS
✔ Model flare systems and safety relief networks using Aspen FlareNet
✔ Conduct hydraulic transient and surge analysis using AFT IMPULSE & OLGA
✔ Design and rate heat exchangers using Aspen EDR and HTRI
✔ Develop and modify PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment layouts using AutoCAD
✔ Participate in HAZOP/HAZID and safety reviews
✔ Prepare technical reports, datasheets, and design documentation
✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including piping, mechanical, and instrumentation
✔ Support client technical discussions and deliver project presentations
✔ Aspen HYSYS – Process simulation (mandatory)
✔ Aspen FlareNet – Flare system modeling
✔ AFT IMPULSE & OLGA – Surge and transient flow analysis (mandatory)
✔ Aspen EDR / HTRI – Heat exchanger design and rating
✔ AutoCAD – Process drafting and layout
✔ Basic understanding of API, ASME, and IEC standards relevant to Oil & Gas
✔ Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas / Process Engineering domain
Prior exposure to FEED, EPC, or detailed engineering projects is a plus
✔ Refinery or Petrochemical projects
✔ Offshore/Onshore processing facilities
✔ FPSO, Flare & Relief System, Heat Recovery systems
✔ Familiarity with Ansys Fluent or CFD tools for multiphase flows (added advantage)
✔ Exposure to high-impact Oil & Gas projects
✔ Work with a cross-functional team of experts in simulation, design & validation
