This is a full-time on-site role for a Thermal and Structural Engineer at Adyaha Ways Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. The engineer will be responsible for performing thermal & structural analysis and calculations tasks including geometry cleaning using ANSYS Spaceclaim related to projects in various industries such as Aerospace & defense, energy, oil & gas, electronics cooling, and many more.
Job Description
• Leading the development and implementation of complex simulation models to optimize manufacturing designs or processes.
• Analyzing complex simulation results to identify areas for improvement and driving design or process changes.
• Validate concept designs using simulation techniques and determine design robustness, critical to function requirements.
• Deploy FEA Techniques – implicit and explicit approach, using Software tools like Ansys Work Bench, Icepack, etc…
• Translate actual problem to Finite Element model, interpret analysis results and select best solution which includes linear & non-linear analysis under different physics.
• Collaborate with design & validation teams to enhance the design optimization.
• Perform detailed thermal simulation of an electronic PCB with enclosure using Ansys Icepak.
• Analyze heat sources, air flow, and component thermal performance under various boundary conditions.
• Suggest thermal management strategies including heat sinks, airflow paths, and component placement optimizations.
• Provide temperature distribution plots, thermal maps, and report key hotspots.
• Deliver a professional simulation report including methodology, results, and thermal improvement recommendations.
• must have strong tool and technical knowledge on shock and bump analysis of electronic and mechanical components using ansys.

• BE or MTech in Mechanical/Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering
• Minimum 1+ years of relevant industry experience with background in thermal and structural analysis.
• Ansys tool knowledge is must like Ansys Workbench, Space claim, ICEPAK etc.
• Experience in Electronics cooling is adding more advantages.
• Experience in Aerospace and defence equipment finite element analysis.
• Should be able to do hands-on Finite Element analysis and thermal analysis.
• Must be able to verify and substantiate FEA/Thermal results with classical hand calculation methods.
• Proficient in Structural and Thermal analysis.
• Must be able to estimate, plan and meet individual work requirements.
• Should be able to perform technical design reviews and recommend improvements.
• Must be able to write, review and approve technical reports and documents.
• Ensure lessons learnt and best practices are captured adequately into Analysis techniques, project / product design.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Education: B.E. or M.Tech in Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering
Experience: Minimum 1+ years of relevant industry experience in thermal and structural analysis
Tool Expertise:
Mandatory: Proficiency in Ansys tools such as Ansys Workbench, SpaceClaim, ICEPAK
Preferred: Experience in electronics cooling
Domain Knowledge:
Experience in finite element analysis (FEA) of aerospace and defense equipment
Must be capable of performing hands-on structural and thermal simulations
Analysis Skills:
Ability to validate simulation results with classical hand calculations
Strong proficiency in both structural and thermal analysis
